They are ear clips that look like earrings and are supposed to be effective in reducing the size of keloids on the ear. I have never seen one and would like to know if anyone may have any idea where to purchase or if it is effective?

Zimmer splint is just a common name for the practice of keloid compression. See links below for pictures/discriptions of available earrings.
Keloid scarring ususally isn't treated unless it becomes a problem. You'd be best off speaking to a dermatologist before attempting any treatment yourself.
