I had a c-section when I had my son. If I have any more children I'll need a c-section because my spins are too narrow. With the c-section a keloid formed. My question is: If I have any more children will the scar become larger? And how can I prevent this?

You can't prevent the keloid from getting larger, unfortunately. It will probably get bigger if you have another c-section. Keloids are formed because of a large amount of melanin in the skin, so if you are darker-skinned, you'll always have to deal with them. Sorry. You could try laser treatment. It will work with keloids. Good luck.
