I used to have a lip piercing, and now theres a bump where it used to be.im not sure if its a keloid, beacause

i dont think it looks like one? i mean, idk what keloids look like, but the one on my lip is not dark; its slightly lighter than my skin tone. i bought some tea tree oil just to see what happens. is this safe? will it do anything for the bump at all? or what methods can i do to menomize the bump, or like get the color back. how about this, can anyone define what the bump is, is it even a keloid? thanx

Every piercing I had has left a permanent scar. Eyebrow left scar and my stretched ear lobes left large annoying holes
Reply:Well,how early did you take it out???My sister had a keyloid on both of her ears,they were big and nasty,but she got sergury.It was because she took her earrings out too soon after she got them pierced.Keyloids will get big overtime.If you took it out too soon,then its very possible you will have a keyloid.
