Well,hi!I went to a specialist in ears,nose/you know a doctor/ and found out i have a keloid cyst in my nose,caused by my 1 month nose piercing.See,i have a swollen bud-like skin tissue in my nose around my inside piercing opening-not red,not painful,no pus,but has like''eaten''my labret's stick.And it could grow and then need of operation.If i get sick,even just a simple flue,this could infect my piercing,when pus going to my brain,could cause sinosit,psycological complications,even death.Altogether with this infections and pus complications, they will annoy the cyst and it could get bigger,so it make it difficult to breath,and operation will be a must. I have already used gentamicin,baneocin,diprogenta-didn't help.And now this doctor prescribed me Oxycort spray to spray it trying approching in my piercing holes,and keep using baneocin on the swollen keloid cyst iitself.Do you think all this antibiotics could make the cyst go away.I doubt it.ANYONE to help me,i realy want my nostril

take the piercing out
contact a ENT plastic surgeon who knows how to remove the keloid (abnormal car tissue) without causing MORE scar tissue issues
cortisone tape or spray can help decrease the odds of developing another keloid AFTER you get the 1st one removed
