Can u pierce under a keloid after u have had it removed or flattin out?

i have a keloid i think but i want another earing would it be ok if i pierced under the keloid it is not that big but i reall want another earring

messing with the keloid may develope a new one in the same spot, just be ware and that the new keloid may even be bigger than the first one, I would suggest not to do it, good luck
