Which is the medicine of keloid?

i have keloid on my chest from lasr 10 years , it is hard and dark skin colour.

Which is the medicine of keloid?
The treatment modalities available are:

Corticosteroid injection, repeated every few weeks

Cryotherapy which involves freezing the keloid with liquid nitrogen

Pressure dressings

Silicone gel dressings

Self-adhesive polyurethane scar reduction patches

Pulsed dye laser. This is a costly procedure

Surgical excision (but may result in a second keloid even larger than the original one)

Laser surgery to cut the keloid

Radiotherapy to remove the keloid
Reply:go to doctor calayan"s surgicenter to remove it by laser. or, consult your doctor. or dermatoligist
Reply:Keloids are smooth overgrowths of fibroblastic tissue that arise in an area of injury (eg, surgical scars, truncal acne) or, occasionally, spontaneously.

Keloids often require no treatment. Keloids may be reduced in size by freezing (cryotherapy), external pressure, corticosteroid injections, laser treatments, radiation, or surgical removal. It is not unusual for keloids to reappear (sometimes larger than before) after they have been removed.
Reply:My Friend, you can contact DR RAJAN T.D via email and he being an expert dermatologist based in MUMBAI will give you the best opinion. He has been my skin doctor since last 10 and half years and believe me he is an expert in his field. All the best
