Can i cover a keloid with a tat?

is it safe? or do i really have to undergo some keloid treatment then have the area undergo (again) a treatment for a tat?

if you are prone to getting keloids there is a high likelihood that getting a tattoo will cause a keloid. If this is your first tattoo you need to be aware of this.
