is there any way to make these go away without surgery like home treatment!? because i feel like cutting them off

The problem with cutting off an over active scar, is you usually end up getting a larger one in it's place. You can try cutting them off, but it would probably be a better idea to go to a professional than to do it yourself.
Reply:I've seen people do some silly things trying to get rid of the "at home". It rarely works, and most times maeks the scars worse. You're gonna need to talk to a dermatoligist, and yes, there are things they can do to help. from laser to special lotions. Don't give up yet. And don't do something silly either.
