Best scar treatment for keloid?

I have a small keloid (I think) scar on my jawline. Which is the best product to use for these types of scars? Mederma, Curad silicon sheets, or neosporin silicon sheets?

i have one of these right on my chest, i just went to my dermatologist for prescription products, but I've also looked into getting it removed, but nothing is certain that it will ever go away.
