What's more effective for keloid, Vitamin K or Vitamin E?

Vitamin E...even better, put the oil in a shell with mother of pearl surface and rub it around, then rub it on your scar - apparently there's something very gently abrasive in the mother of pearl that when applied with the vitamin E oil is very good at reducing keloid scars.
