I have one on my chest and I've found like holes in it. Occasionally I would apply pressure and push on the keloid and white pus would come out in a string-like form from these openings. Does anybody know why or what it is?
What's under or inside a keloid?
our skin is made of layers, imagine a sandwich, it is arrange a top of the other, that is a normal skin, but if its keloid imagine the sandwich bread is crumpled and no layers can be found, the layers go crazy during healing. so to your question under your keloids are skin tissues that did not heal normally, and yes its possible that is a pimple, DO NOT touch often your keloid for it will grow bigger, they do feel itchy at times, DO NOT scratch it.
Reply:scar tissue
Reply:A keloid is a type of scar.
You seem to be describing a pimple.
